Inviting Users

To invite new users to your school account:

1. Click Manage Users in the top right menu
2. Click Invite New User at the top right – fill out the relevant details on the form:

  • Select Access Type (see below for more information on Access Types)
  • Select/Confirm your school – if you have access to multiple schools you can select multiple
  • Check ‘Is primary contact’ if this user will be a key contact at your school.
  • Click Send Invite

An email will be sent to the nominated email address, and they will appear in the ‘Pending Invitations‘ list.

Access Types

The Feesable Portal offers two levels of access for schools.

School Admin

The ‘Admin’ role offers users full access to the school account to edit and manage all details.

School Viewer

The ‘View’ role is restricted to view only. This user will not be able to edit account settings or configure the calculator (product). The Vuser will be able to view Enquiries and export submissions.
