It’s time to finalise the setup of your Fee Calculator! It’s simple to review and test your calculator inside the Feesable Portal.

You will be sent an invitation to the Feesable Portal – please log in, and navigate to View Fee Calculator.

This fee calculator has been setup specifically for your school based on your fee schedule, and any information you have provided.

On this page you can review and test the calculator to make sure the fees are accurate, and all other details are correct. If you have any changes to request, or questions, please send details to [email protected].

Please note that you can request changes at anytime after the calculator is live.

Testing Tips

• Run through the process end-to-end and view the estimate
• Make sure you enter a Child’s name to see how that works through the app
• Test the ‘future years’ feature by selecting a future calendar year for at least one child
• Open the ‘Breakdown’ on the results page to see the details of the estimate
• Make sure the fees listed are accurate – run multiple scenarios to check things like sibling discounts are working correctly
• Check the notes and fine print
• Review the email sent to the parent (enter your email as a parent)
• Review the email sent to the school (an email will be sent to the email address you provided as part of onboarding)
