Setting up MFA for your Feesable account

 

Turn MFA on for your Organisation:

  • Only ‘Admin’ users can turn on MFA for an account
  • Login to the Portal and navigate to ‘Admin’ > ‘Security’
  • Toggle ON the ‘Require MFA’ switch
  • Log out of the Portal

MFA setup for your user account:

  • The next time you log into the Portal you will be presented with a screen with a QR code
  • Open your chosen Authenticator app (e.g. Google Auth, Microsoft Authenticator etc) .
  • Scan the QR code, then your authenticator app will provide you with a one-time code.
  • Enter this code, then click ‘Verify’

What’s next?

  • Well done! You’ve now set up MFA on your account and you will be logged into your account.
  • Next time you or other users on your account log in, MFA will be required.
  • If you select the option to ‘Remember this device’ then you will not need to do MFA every login, but only after a few days.
