Setting up MFA for your Feesable account
Turn MFA on for your Organisation:
- Only ‘Admin’ users can turn on MFA for an account
- Login to the Portal and navigate to ‘Admin’ > ‘Security’
- Toggle ON the ‘Require MFA’ switch
- Log out of the Portal
MFA setup for your user account:
- The next time you log into the Portal you will be presented with a screen with a QR code
- Open your chosen Authenticator app (e.g. Google Auth, Microsoft Authenticator etc) .
- Scan the QR code, then your authenticator app will provide you with a one-time code.
- Enter this code, then click ‘Verify’
What’s next?
- Well done! You’ve now set up MFA on your account and you will be logged into your account.
- Next time you or other users on your account log in, MFA will be required.
- If you select the option to ‘Remember this device’ then you will not need to do MFA every login, but only after a few days.
